The Voting

• After the nominees are selected, winners will be chosen by a public voting (100%).
• Each login account, via Google or Facebook, has 3 votes each day; the voting cycle will be refreshed on 12:00 a.m.
• Sharing the voting on Facebook via the share button will be granted 1 additional vote.
• Kingston reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent, excessive or suspicious patterns of voting have occurred, or if it considers there has been any attempt to unfairly influence the voting.

The Draw

• Each vote count as one entry to the prize draw
• Winners of the voters will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process within one month of the voting ending.
• The winners will be notified by email or social media message (using details provided at entry) and must provide a postal address and telephone number to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Kingston will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
• Kingston shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy in any information, and/or personal contact details, provided by the winner; and shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the winner as a result of such errors.

The Prize

• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Any and all prize-related expenses, the passenger is liable for all taxes applicable at the time of ticketing including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. Kingston reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Kingston’s control makes it necessary to do so.
• Prizes for the 12 nominees will be based on the prize lists on this page and the corresponding local legal currency denominations. The final value of the awards will be determined by Kingston.
• Kingston reserves the right to replace all prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Kingston’s control makes it necessary to do so.
• All free flight tickets only valid for EVA Air/UNI Airways operated flights; charter flights and code-share flights are not eligible. The winner will receive a certificate with details on redemption rules. The certificate must be presented for exchange of ticket on/before June 30, 2023. For conditions not included hereby, please refer to EVA Air for details. EVA Air reserves the right for any change.
